#1 ties the inner rocker panel, floor and either the vertical section of floor or rocker box piece I can't remember but down in that area.

#2 top of door above wing window

#3 and 4 around hard top pieces

I'm guessing for the swivel feet on the bottom of the passenger seat bracket
