1972 vs. 1973 Coil Springs
Is anyone aware if there are any differences between the front springs from 1972 to 1973 on 1/2 ton V8 trucks? I’m putting my 73 back to stock suspension and have a set confirmed from a 72 and just want to make sure before I do the work. Thanks!

I don't think there was any major difference from 68-85 either than coil diameter/thickness and pound rating

Re: 1972 vs. 1973 Coil Springs
you could check on some parts site and see if the springs cross over from say a 1967 through maybe a 1977. That would be a pretty good indicator!

Re: 1972 vs. 1973 Coil Springs
I used the lowering springs I bought for my 77 on my 68 the box they came in listed they were for 67-87 c 10 trucks . Also a lot of people use square front cross members on the 70 and older trucks to get disc brakes So I assume they are the same
