65 stock arm rest

My factory arm rests are in rough shape, so I ordered
aftermarket arm rests but they didn’t look like the ones installed in my truck.
I went to screw the new ones in and the bolt pattern center to center is shorter by about 5/8” do the deluxe arm rests have a different bolt pattern than the standard ones?

There are two different styles... not sure about the mounting differences. Although, I might have had one each of the styles in my truck. Mine were really bad, wrapped with electrical tape, so I ordered the ones that look like 601, they bolted right in my Custom Cab 65.

Did some digging on this site and found a template that goes to the cage nuts behind the steel door panel, looks like someone just screwed these to the door panels and not through the door panel and into the cage nuts. Thanks for the reply!

That's probably a common thing. The previous owner did the same with my driver's door, and I didn't know the difference so I did the same on the passenger side. I've got the cage nuts now, just need to take the door panels off to fix it right
