700R4 Rad Cooling Lines

Anyone know the correct way to connect up the transmission cooling lines to the radiator? Do they go top transmission fitting to top rad fitting and bottom to bottom? Or, are they reversed, top to bottom and bottom to top? Or....does it matter?

The upper connection on the trans is the return line from the rad(in case you want to run an additional cooler after the rad cooler).
