My 70 GMC Custom Camper (Longhorn) came with those mirrors I believe. Some time in it's life the mirrors were changed. But I still have the 3 holes in the top of each door, above the glass like your pic. My SPID says, DG5 W/C Mirror-SR-LH&RH
Unknown if they were chrome or not but my truck is a Sierra Grande.

These are listed as DG5 as well, but specifically marked as “painted”. Mine is a custom deluxe. Would love to find a chrome set to finish off the Custom Deluxe look, but I’m not drilling more holes in the door.
