Hmmm,

Now I know what to do if I ever get rear-ended with a total loss.

Re: Wall Art

I love these trucks and always have. But I wouldn't even want that on a wall. I see art in the whole truck sitting on four wheels getting down the road. This is just people imitating what they saw someone else do, not art.

Re: Wall Art

I have been following similar to this on BAT for awhile. Mostly they are high end vehicle front clips from Ferrari, Maserati and the likes. They always bring crazy money.

Re: Wall Art

I wonder what it would cost to build one even with cutting up perfectly good new repop sheet metal. Not that I am suggesting that haha just crazy how much it sold for. I can “almost” understand $2-3k

But for 9K, you'd think they'd install proper rivets surrounding the head lamps

Re: Wall Art

Side markers being glued on there in the wrong position would just bug me, that needs to be fixed, and the grill and bumper need to be changed to 69 or 70 and those LED lights needs to be thrown out and replaced with incandescent. But I guess if you just pay $8900 for it you should expect things need to be fixed. Horns installed in the grill rigged to sense the grill being touched would be good too. Give somebody a surprise.

Re: Wall Art

This reminds Me of a Guy that Attends a Swap meet I go to.

He builds These from junk (What he calls junk) fenders and hoods and grills.

He bought a set of Parking lights from me last year and gave me his card.

He has a business in Cookeville, Tn.

These are (I think) hinged (Pun-Intended) off the Tailgate benches.

I like the Tailgate bench Idea (More Better).
