63 Brakes

Little by Little.
The front brakes are stock 63.
My Dad got the rearend out of something years ago when the original broke.
Looks like it might have been a 66 or something.
I need to pick up 2 more drums and an outer bearing for the right front.

The adjustment screw spring on the front brake in the photo is not the correct spring for manual adjustment brakes. It is for self adjusting brakes.

I have the correct spring, but I did not like how it fit.
Should I use them or is this okay?

Yes. You need to use them. That fits in the notches in the adjuster & gives it the click & prevents it from backing off.
