I'd imagine one of these is it ebay $72 Dash Pad, or this one, or this one. The OP can confirm but they match the price and have free shipping.

Don't get the eBay pad. It's not great.

The top isn't flat in the middle and I'm not sure it will flatten when fastened down. I don't have a truck to try it on right now...
