Re: Blazer Chalet #0661
Whoa! Hadn't realized it's been so long since an update. We've ran into some issues with the body shop and getting the Blazer out of paint jail. Hopefully the it will done here in the near future.
As far as the camper goes last time we really got to work on it was just before covid starting picking up. Between that, living in another state, making the decision to go back to school and balance it with work the chalet got put on the back burner. School will be finished up this spring, try to enjoy what little Alaska summer we get, then the plan will be to start again on it this fall. Have had some little things done for the camper such as a new housing made for the propane tank and a aluminum frame built for the rear door.

Re: Blazer Chalet #0661
That's an orange Blazer. One of only two Chalets I know of that came in the factory pastel orange / tan '77 truck color combo (the other one is in the pic below), and only one of two so far I'd seen which had a '76 model year camper unit installed on a '77 model year truck.
Only place I'd seen Hickey aftermarket fiberglass hood before was in the 1:24 plastic model kit of a Jimmy, offered many years ago that sometimes pops up now on eBay for high double digit prices.
