Brothers Truck

Wondering how much trouble any one has had with returns now that Holly has taken over....I am not having much luck..I picked up a headliner and trim set for my 71 just before Holly took over..The day after I installed the head liner it was pulling loose from the backing board in sections..So I contacted them via their returns email. The rep said it would not be a problem..after weeks I recontacted the rep and was told they were waiting for tracking info. Now months later they will not respond to my emails...So I just sent a new email to customer service to see what happens...Not a comforting feeling any longer...

Re: Brothers Truck

You live right down the street from Brothers just like me. Take it down there, throw it on the counter, and have them make it right. For the record I stopped buying parts from them 15 years ago, and make the trek to the truck shop in orange.

Re: Brothers Truck

no issues whatsover on returns. My issue with Brothers is their lack of item descriptions and not matching up to what you think you're getting. ALSO, they WILL NOT post negative feedback. You can submit it, but they will not post it, obviously in an effort to show something is better than what it actually is.
