Top end cleaner that actually works
Does anyone know of a top end cleaner for GDI engines that actually works?
I bought a 2015 Silverado 1500 a couple of months ago and it's starting to idle a little rough. There are no codes for misfire, so I believe it is just carbon deposits in the intake manifold and valve pockets causing it. I tried Seafoam and have not noticed a difference. It does have 98K on it, so maybe it needs a set of plugs?

Re: Top end cleaner that actually works
If Seafoam didn't help I would probably try this in the link below.
Link: https://www.amazon.com/CRC-05319-Int...63267395&psc=1 I have used Seafoam, and it helped several times. Did you use the Motor treatment in the link Below? Link: https://www.autozone.com/diy/perform...tment-used-for The old Fuel injector cleaner that seafoam had was (NO Good) Looks like the they have changed the label on the bottle.Link below. Link: https://www.acehardware.com/departme...eaners/8038177 Lucas Fuel cleaner does not work well IMHO. Side Note: Lucas oil Treatment is top Notch

That stuff in the 2nd link is pretty good.
I have not used the CRC stuff in the first link. Every product I have used of CRC's is Top Notch. There are U tube video's on using this.
