Cheap and EASY way to cover up the holes in fire wall for Heater Delete?

Yeah, someday I'll buy the perfectly restored 1967/68...but in the mean time I'm pulling out Frank's heater.

What did any of you you guys use to cover up the holes in the fire wall? Someting fairly easy I don't own zip zap sparkler tacking machine (Lincoln).....

I sure like it when you can call a company and the phone is answered in house!!! Tin Works answers the phone in house!

Dude at Tin Works said I could use some C6 Corvette headlight lens tar/glue to tack those pieces in......I wish I knew when my buddy was coming in from the oil fields he's got a welder truck...

Glue the piece on with some panel adhesive (after preparing it according to the directions) and never mess with it again. SEM & 3M both make good products.

I made this temporary plate in about 10 minutes from a piece of HVAC ductwork. I needed to block the hole off while I restored my heater box. If I had spent 30 minutes it would have been much prettier but I just needed to block the hole for a week. That daily driver thing.

I like the license plates idea a lot, but would like even more to cut a Prism Ceiling Light Panel to fit the holes, and put twinkling multi-color Christmas lights behind it. That's what I'd be doing for a delete panel if I were inclined to get rid of heat or A/C. But I gotta have my A/C.

aaand it was 108 degrees outside, so no love lost!

My AC delete was cheap and easy, aside from the bead roll. I paid a few bucks for that to match the factory heater delete plate look. The round blower motor plate was not cheap…

That looks nice! You put some thought and effort into what you are doing. The license plate patch shown looks like crap to me. Pure laziness . The rest of the truck must have been done real nice to get that price, or the buyer is an idiot.
