Funny I was just re reading about these some last weekend because of a post on Camaro 5. These things are so damn cool.
That looks like the one Peter Pan has had since the 50’s. Pretty crazy for them to let it go after all these years.

Not sure but that may be the one Kindig-it restored.

Don’t believe it is. Kindigs is believed to be number 3 as far as I’ve read anyway.

Kindigs was 3, from what I've read this one is more than likely 6 or 4, they were both owned by Peter Pan. 7 was sold to someone in Germany who also owns 9.

Re: Once in a lifetime opportunity for the GMC you have always wanted.
Probably correct. I don't remember. They are kinda cool, but not a big draw to me. Kinda seen it, done it, next. Still a masterful build, both the original and restored.

One of the restored ones was at the innaugural Tri 5 nationals in Bowling Green Ky in 2015. It was really cool to check out.

#10 is at the Auburn Truck Museum in Auburn, Indiana. I saw it at Rolling into Roanoke a few years ago. Got to go inside the cab and sit in the driver's seat. No thanks to driving it. Cool history though. It was restored by volunteers around 10-15 years ago.
