Re: My life

My life long buddy is a retired machinist but his shop at home is amazing! All old war equipment that he has bought and rebuilt, what parts he couldn't buy he made.

He has made some pretty amazing things (to me anyway) over the years. When he had his shop he hired the younger guys to run and program all the production CnC stuff and he did all the manual one off machine work.

He is actually quite a legend around here, for those in the know consider him a genius.

Kinda dying art, manual machining…..taught my boy’s manual before going on to bigger things, they understood pneumatic in grade school, always in my shop

Thanks, yes it has been, mostly due to an exceptionally wonderful wife. It all started with me building my shop with a pick a shovel and a wheelbarrow

Started out restoring English sports cars, then selling them. The process allowed me to buy tools for retirement

Sorry guys, but she has 6 sisters, all married LOL
