"Fuel Pincher Diesel" Badge?
I remember some of the Chevrolet and GMC mediums that were powered by the Detroit Diesel 8.2L diesel V-8 engine had front fender badges reading "FUEL PINCHER DIESEL" instead of the usual model series (6000 or 7000) badge.
I would like to think this only lasted for two years, 1980 and '81. ~Ben |

Re: "Fuel Pincher Diesel" Badge?
I remember those. It was an insert that replaced the series designation in the fender emblem. Speaking of '73-'90 medium duty trucks, here is a rare emblem. '73-'74 only:

I believe these are 80 and 81.
