Question, I am VERY interested in how the Aces Fuel injection goes! I have been looking at them, but not sure how well it works. Any update on this?

So far we've only had the engine running for a few minutes. Only issue was the fuel system which was not the fault of the Aces EFI. I had the return and feed lines backwards on the LS style filter/regulator. Once that was corrected it fired right up.

Started reassembly of the bed and milled the bed wood. Came out pretty nice. Also installed new LED sequential tail lights.

Not much of an update but after a long wait on the Mar-K bed hardware, everything fit great. Now time to prep the bed wood for stain and final install.

I stopped in a local PPG supplier and they mentioned the same thing. I could bring them a panel and they have some way of determining all the pigments that would need to go in the paint to duplicate what I have. I think that is what I will end up doing. Now just need to figure out what shade of red of the variety of faded shades on my truck to take to PPG.

I was watching a car show with a dude trying to match old lacquer paint. Once he got the color, he made a sample cup, added a drop of white. He sprayed a sample, added another and sprayed, until he had a few. That helped him match the exact fade of the paint.

He was starting from a paint code though, something about there were only a couple suppliers.

That is a great idea to put a couple nails in the end and set on boards at the end. I wish I had thought of that when I sealed my boards.
