Re: Finally done

I agree that is a really clean looking build. Well done. Like the way you have done things from interior to exterior.

Re: Finally done

That turned out nice. It will get plenty of attention at Cars and Coffee and at what ever show you take it to. Sometimes the best awards are watching a person stand in front of your truck and have their photo taken just because they really like the truck rather than picking up another dust collector.

77 C 30 dualie, 454, 4 speed with a 10 foot flatbed and hoist. It does the heavy work and hauls the projects around.

I plan on it being my daily driver once I get it sorted out. I thought this bumper sticker was appropriate .

Re: Finally done

Your truck looks great! You will be the biggest critic of your work, everyone else will just admire how good it looks inside and out. I hope mine looks that good when I’m finished.

When your truck was new JFK was running and about to be elected so his bumper sticker would be more accurate.

As an aside, my first Task Force truck was a '57 small window that had been a Navy vehicle. After I bought it back in the early 90's, I found a JFK matchbook along with a LOT of other junk under the bench seat.

True, but a bumpersticker is usually to support someone who is running not someone already in office. JFK and Nixon were running all during 1958, '59 and '60 with the election in November '60.
