Thanks for checking in! I ended up moving and had to pack things up for the trip. Got a few good shake down runs in and now she's in the garage while I work on a fabric top and the wood beams around the roof. Man does this car get a lot of attention everywhere I go!
After doing some driving around town, I realized the seats were too tall and I was having trouble seeing stop lights at an intersection because my eye level was right where the header wood was. I've since cut about 6" off the height of the seats to get a bit more comfort and safety. Also finally did the wet sanding work necessary to clean up the paint job. A little hairy but I was successful in getting a pretty nice finish with the paint. Interior work is slow progress as I build interior panels for the doors and body. ![]() ![]() ![]()
