Sounds like a scam for $5500 but I talked with seller, lot of new parts too.

I already contacted him, vin plates are missing and of coarse no titles for them.

What happens if a vehicle has no title? Can you just go to the DMV and get another? Not a real issue here in Canada

I wonder if this will change though when we welcome Canada as the 51st state.

No title, potentially an issue. No VIN plates, huge issue!

The states have different regulations so there may not be an issue with no title, but I leave in Pennsylvania and would need a title or transferable registration to get a title. The missing vin plate is a federal issue so legally you can't install a different one but it happens.
