Rear sill plate?
I dont have a Burb or panel anymore so I have no way of figuring this out. Going through sill plates and have one long one, seems a little short but maybe this is rear sill plate?

Yes that is a rear sill plate. they are short because they only go up to the well for the spare tire.

The indented edge, goes to the back where there is a dip to allow for clearance for latches and doors if it is a barn door truck.
