Over half a million strong
We ain’t Woodstock but….
I was logging on this morning and my desktop view/mobile view went old style on me. I was trying to change things and noticed on the home page that this site has over 525,000 members. I’m wondering what the head count was 20 years ago. I found some old pm’s that I deleted years ago. One was from a member (Zoomy) that I bought a cab from. He brought it down from up north. I forgot all about him. Times have changed.

Re: Over half a million strong
Well, you were user 13,426 in August 2004.
I was 5,035 in June 2002. We're still playing with trucks!

Re: Over half a million strong
Not a founding member by no way but found this website in July, 2001 after being told about it. Hung around and lurked in the background for a bit until I decided to join as a member. Member #2,922, might have been a lower number if I had "got off and on" so to speak, LOL. About to carve another notch making 76 years young and STILL playing with cars and trucks. Just not as hard as I used to since it's getting harder to do.

Re: Over half a million strong
What's crazy is the user to guest ratio (usually around 1/100).
Right now there's 63 registered users and over 5,000 guest! Some may be bots but there's a ton of people who use this forum and never join.

Re: Over half a million strong
My phone was doing that last weekend. I cleared the website data for this site and it’s been fine since.

Re: Over half a million strong
.
I searched around for a while looking for my number which I think is 170904. Wasn't able to directly confirm that number but pretty sure that's it. Anyhow, if you go to Members List menu item, you get a list of all members and it mentions that the list count is in the high 60k range, not >500k. Hmmm. Bug? -Kevin

Re: Over half a million strong
Go into your profile, your member number will be the last digits in the address bar.
I show you as 170903.
