What is supposed to be here. I've searched the assembly manual and can't find any illustration that helps me. Is it just a rubber plug t hats missing?

Re: 64 c20 Floorboard penetration
The clutch rod would've gone through that hole with a rubber boot to seal it.

Re: 64 c20 Floorboard penetration
I just did a google search for "1964 c10 clutch rod seal" and many locations had them available. It should be the same as C20.

On automatics there was a plastic plug that went there.
