That makes sense...

I believe front axle is original, and was adapted with disk brakes from a latter model and a power steering box from LMC (pic attached), thats not meant to the model (and its weirdly/uglily" installed)

The steering "hand" or so called "boomerang" is also flat and different from what I have on my 90 K5, and from that LMC diagram.

The more I look, the more issues I see...
