Re: Pics of your truck in the snow
The top was made from the original owner in the 70's. He recessed brass sleeves that are in the oak side panels where the topper frame / poles set inside of. I grew up going hunting and fishing in this truck and was able to purchase from original owner.. Very grateful to own this time capsule. At some point it will go back to his grandson who really wants it. It will be had to let go but it will be nice to keep it in their family.
Here are some of the items that are still in the tool box... Dont mean to take away from the snow thread, thank you for the compliments.. Jiggers, let see some photos of your k10 Last edited by sanddunecoon; 12-11-2025 at 11:57 AM. |

Re: Pics of your truck in the snow
I assume that's been clearcoated recently. cannot fathom that's just polished OE paint. I had hte same color way be in the late 80's and I can assure everyone the paint never was that shiny. GREAT looking truck though!

Re: Pics of your truck in the snow
That truck looks like it's brand new, Larry. One of the prettiest truck's I've seen.
My 67 crept outside, and quickly back in since it was about 10 degrees, under it's own power for the first time in a few years.
