You might be hard pressed to match it by buying a real solid truck and doing your own work.

Not cheap but dang, they will let you park up front at the Saturday Rod trot or at Cars and Coffee with it and all you should have to do is put gas in it and drive it. One could work a fly in and drive home thing without a lot of hassles too. Especially if you were able to fly into Everett rather than Seattle. Catch a taxi to the Mukilteo ferry terminal Ride across to Clinton and have the seller pick you up at Clinton or get and Uber to where they are. Then either take the ferry back or go up the island and across the Deception pass Bridge to Anacortes and beyond.
Pretty good price, and seems to be in good condition. I like it! A friend and I looked at a '69 SWB step side that looked like Swiss cheese, and the guy was asking $12.5k.

It's a real good price for a real nice truck. I was only laughing at the "rare" part. A bit of creative writing. 6 cylinder, 4 speed and long bed mean it needs that guy who just doesn't care and just loves the truck because it is nice. It doesn't take long to rack up 15K in one today. I just spent 439 + Tax for a grill for my 48 today and still have to save up to have the bumpers redone (not Chevy bumpers but not silly) .

48 Chev 3100 that will run a 292 Six.
71 GMC 2500 that is getting a Cad 500 transplant.
77 C 30 dualie, 454, 4 speed with a 10 foot flatbed and hoist. It does the heavy work and hauls the projects around.
