I'm pretty certain the transmission lever boot was a re-pop for a 60-66 truck. I most likely got that from one of the big box restoration sources like Parts of America, LMC or Brothers.
It fit decent enough. I never did a hold down ring with that one either. The fit of the hole was snug enough that it stayed down on the floor mat pretty well.
I have had the experience of the reproduction stuff not lasting very long. Especially if it sees any sun.
If I did the job again, I think I would just use the 67-72 boots and hold down rings. Those boots are available and the transfer case boot is nice and tall and does flex enough to accommodate the travel of the parking brake lever. I think they would fit nicely and functional.
