That's funny, we also had a 16 RT with a shaker hood. I always regretted trading it in and when we decided to buy another Challenger recently, I looked high and low for one with a shaker hood. However, nearly everything in my price range was either high mileage or had a rebuilt title. I was about to give up when I ran across this 50rh anniversary model. I didn't even know they made them, but I liked the unique wheels, badging and interior. I decided I could live without the shaker hood and took the plunge ...and then joined the local Mopar club.
