Need Ash Tray Holder

I have an ash tray but I need the carrier which actually slides into the grooves. Let me know if anybody has one. Thanks.

Does your ash tray have bearings, or nylon bushings where it slides in the dash?

My original ash tray had ball bearings. The one I have now has tracks on the side and is probably the wrong one. I may need the ash tray and the carrier it sits in. The truck is a 1970 Stepside C-10. If anyone has a complete ash tray (any color) for my truck let me know. Flip66 since yours is from a 1972 it may work, but not sure. Does it have ball bearings on the side tracks? My original ash tray I sent off to Texas ("buddy's super center" on Ebay - does "rust free Texas" sound familiar?) to be chromed but never got it back. Thanks, let me know.

I have an ashtray from a '68 GMC, burgandy in color, with the ball bearings on the side. Nice with no dents or rust. $10 plus the ride if interested drop me a PM.
