Re: my 80 build
went to a show Sunday to just look around since I wasn't feeling to good, but when i drove up there wasn't very many vehicles and the host of show talked me into it but I was beat by a brand new Harley Davidson f250 that still had the dealer tags on it

Re: my 80 build
thats awesome... too bad its not shaped in a bowtie!
a build sheet sign to putup at shows is a good idea. there is a ton of time and money in that thing that alot of people wouldnt understand or know about. especially the 1st pics of how she looked when you bought it.

Re: my 80 build
The truck really looks good. I like the idea of a build sheet, too. I will have to start keeping up with all that as I work on mine. My boys will learn to appreciate it, too! Keep up the good work!

Re: my 80 build
That's a good idea. I always enjoy looking at the build project pics and information that the owners provide at car/truck shows. Usually when they see me showing interest in there work a conversation starts. I meet so many good people that way.

Re: my 80 build
I also went to a Car show Today it was a top 20 show but there was only 4 that entered so I got a award they were a little afraid of the rain and found out if the wipers are turned on by the switch than they won't turn off by the switch it might be a bad connection or switch and also i need to get a new headlight switch the dimmer for the gauge light only work in one place and it burger bear to find it

Re: my 80 build
I'd like details about that airdam if you don't mind. Was it new from a vendor, or did you pull it off another truck (or car...) in a junkyard?
Thanks! Clem |
