Pic 1 Console mock up of side panels, etc.
Pic 2 Had to modify opening for trans and shifter. Pic 3 AC controller to stay close to stock location, add "T" nuts for mounting of console. Pic 4 Fiberglass filler added to console, for shaping.

Pic 1 Back of console with lauan panel glassed to console.
Pic 2 Checking fit to dash. Here you can also see the metal plates that are attached to console, this is how the side panel will be attached with clips. Pic 3 Another view of console to dash. Pic 4 With the side panel in position.

Pic 1 Back on the back panels, installing fiberglass mat to the corner area.
Pic 2 The other side panel, starting to sand down glass. Pic 3 Installing filler over fiberglass and smoothing things out.

Pic 1 Working on cover panel for 10" speaker.
Pic 2 Here the old leather was removed from console. Old padding smoothed and console in primer. Pic 3 Here it has been sanded and smoothed out, ready for another coat of primer.

Pic 1 Hole in the windshield area, that was found earlier, just now fixing.
Pic 2 New piece being bent to fit. Pic 3 Filler added to repaired area. Pic 4 Filler on pass. side where seam was welded.

Thanks for checking it out; not to burst the bubble,but truck is already done. In the last 4 weeks, I covered about 1-1/2 yrs of work. So progress is probably about normal, just looks fast. Thanks again.....Jim
