Re: '69 SWB | Zoie Jane

Since you already have the upper trim, I think it would look good with upper and lower trim (woodgrain). Whether you leave it blue or paint it brown.
I think GM got it right with upper and lower trim on these trucks.

Ya I am another for putting the lower trim on it. It just finishes the look for this year truck in my opinion.

This. (says the guy who still has old school aftermnarket trim on his '69. Don't worry it's getting replaced.)

Do you have a good source for aftermarket trim? I need to order new seat upholstery, steering wheel, and carpet. I'll be contacting Sarah when the time is right.

I need to see if he can add the trim to the rendering and change the roof to cream. I think that'd look great

I think it's unanimous! Lower trim it is

I agree. GM knew what they were doing when they designed these trucks.

Re: '69 SWB | Zoie Jane

I hear Mar-K has some of the nicest trim out there. No experience with them myself, but heard plenty of good things. The lower trim would look good. I have just lower on mine and I like the look.

I definitely agree with everybody else, regardless of the color I would add the lower trim!

Thank you. Here's a pic of the badge. Looks like a dealer tag from when it was sold.

Re: '69 SWB | Zoie Jane

90 ohm is kinda standard but with Dakota gauges it's programable to whatever sending unit you have..

Re: '69 SWB | Zoie Jane

Figured I'd check in. Not much going on here on my end. Been really busy with work and my oldest had her tonsils and adenoids taken out. We'll be spending the weekend in Branson so garage time will be minimal.

Re: '69 SWB | Zoie Jane

Found a set of hills rod and customs super slam inner fenders on craigslist for $450 so I'm pretty stoked about that. I'm going to work on hooking up my ride height sensors today.
