Re: SANFORD build thread
Radiator and Fan set up looks great.
What brand/size radiator did you use. I like the look of that one better than the one I chose to use. I am thinking of changing it when the budget allows.

Re: SANFORD build thread
Thanks Aggie. It is a universal griffin 19x27 I think was the measurement. It is a derale fan. To mount it I used 1/8 x 3 aluminum flat stock and welded it to the tanks and then drilled a few holes. The rad and fan were about 325 from summit. That doesn't include paint and shroud or labor. But I don't have to pay myself but I'm trying to figure out how.

Re: SANFORD build thread
Your Sanford is coming out killer. Bread crumbs to find my way back.
I will be following along to the finish line. Question. Where did you get the lowering block for the trailing arms? Did it come with u-bolts or did you have to source them too? I am thinking about using a set I have under a bent frame 66. Sold the cab couple years ago. might as well.

Re: SANFORD build thread
Thanks everyone. It has been a challenge to say the least. Jam making a final push to finish it up in the next couple of months and then hopefully try to make the rod run in pigeon forge.

Re: SANFORD build thread
Thanks for the compliment lowlife99, no I do not have any social media accounts. I need to post more updates but time gets me. Truck fired up almost instantly with fitech fuel injection, I was stocked about that. A/c seems to work good. I haven't driven it yet. More to come.

Re: SANFORD build thread
Just wanted to do an update on truck. Pretty much finished it up for the pigeon forge rod run and had the time of my life. I finally got to meet flips72 as well as Cory from this site. The truck had a great reception and it was icing on the cake after all the hard work. Thanks to all who came by and spoke. We ended up getting people's choice award which means a lot to me, also got top 25 and $500 on the cash drawing. I met a ton of super people that share this passion on all levels. Scottie D tv did a feature on it which will be on YouTube in a week or two. I still frequent the board so I can be reached thru pm. Thanks to all who followed.
