Re: 1969 Short Wide
I've been enjoying the old truck, driving it when weather is good and even sometimes when it's not. I just rolled 3000 miles on the odometer the other day:

Your truck looks really nice Mike. I bet you were smiling the whole time while racking up those 3,000 miles.

Thanks Keith, I really appreciate your opinion. Hope all is well with you up there.

Sometimes when I'm getting gas guys just come up and talk to me about it. It's nostalgic to some or just cool to others. I did meet up with a bunch of guys recently on the Hot Rod Power tour when it rolled through OKC. That was pretty cool too. No doubt I don't ever get tired of driving it. |

Mike, it's great to see you enjoying the truck. Have you had any luck fishing this year? How's the new shop and those certain camaros you have going?

Re: 1969 Short Wide
Very nice! When my 40 Ford was still drive able, I used to do the same in parking lots. And 80% of the time some pos car would park inches from it. Some people!

Re: 1969 Short Wide
Good to see you out and enjoying it. Beautiful truck! You have every right to be proud of it. Also a very lucky truck! Too few of these trucks find awesome owners willing to devote the blood, sweat, and dollars, to bring them back.
