What is the blue-ish colored filler you put on first in small quantities, is that fiberglass filler?

Pic 1 All the front and rear suspension stuff is off. HPC coated exhaust system back from Okla.

All the primered parts shown yesterday, are painted nice red today. Paint is PPG Acrylic Urethane single stage, it's their base read 917.

Pic 1 and 2 are of misc. parts.

Installed Powertrax No-slip in the rear axle. Sorry don't have more pics on this, but it was a real easy install.
