Me to. I'd like to have emblems like that but for a 350. It's funny how many vehicles have that v. My harly has them, gmc, caddy, some ferds. Does anyone know what the v means?

the engine is shaped like a V or a wedge,
with equal number of cylinders on either side of the block.

Re: 4D'S "63" GMC Build

While we save up the funds for a new tailgate my daughter wanted to try some different looks. I think she's on to something.
we played with the tail light bezels too.

I like how you did that gloss lettering against that flat tailgate. Looks good David.

Looking good. As small as they are, those black bezels still cleaned up the look of the rear perfectly.

Re: 4D'S "63" GMC Build

You keep coming up with this flat and glossy look that keeps blowing me away.

Man that logo on your bed almost looks like its plastic from the picture like you just stuck it on. NICE

Re: 4D'S "63" GMC Build

I got a call from the muffler shack dude Friday and he said he could hook me up with my exhaust system. Picked it up Saturday and dang that V-6 sounds sweet. Dude asked how I wanted the tips to point. I told him don't ask me ask my daughter it will be her truck in 3 years. So she picked out the angle and dad was proud of her. it looks great.

2-1/2" pipe with turbo tubes and a 20 inch echo chamber tips.....

Re: 4D'S "63" GMC Build

Man that looks awesome. I like the area you picked to dump it out.

3years for her to wait. For me if I was her it would be killing me. However its really cool she's involved in the build.
