Re: Tootsie build for my mother with cancer

It's not quite that easy. I am not sure on your fab skills. I don't mean that rude at all. If you can tig and have the skill. You will need to order around 14 1 7/8 inch j bends mild steel or stainless. Then you will need header flanges for you motor. You will also need 2 four into 1 collectors and two v band clamps. You will have close to 700 dollars in material in the headers if you do it out of mild steel. Hope this helps.

Just keeps getting better. I love the engine compartment metalwork. It'll be like Foose says, "open the jewelry box... Bang! Showcases the motor." Keep it up!

I could always swing by and pick you up in my 96 GMC extended cab. It's pretty "cool".

Thank you we are just trying to get it done for Sema and as long as we don't hit a road block we should be ok. I built that to mount the computer to the fire was under the dash but then we decided to move the computer to under the seat. So now it is scrap. lol

Thank you. I can honestly say I was never planning on building this truck at this level it just snow balled. The truck has so much meaning to me so I have poured all I have into it. Thank you for following the build

I understand this. I did the same with my father's truck, as he passed on in 97.

Do you know if Marquez is selling those door panels? They're almost perfect for my truck.
