Re: '67 Short Step #2

Sorry guys, that's not really how I spell my name. It's Kyle. A long time ago my dad wrote Kyull on a sack lunch he had made for me. I liked it and started writing on school papers just to confuse people. So that's the real story behind Kyull.

No I haven't, but thanks for reminding me. I just put a sticky note on my speedo telling me to check next time I fill up. How much gas do these things hold?

Re: '67 Short Step #2

I had my friend Jill come over last night to do some pinstriping. She took the glovebox and radio delete plate home with her, but here are the pictures of what she was able to do so far.

Looks better every time I see it Kyle! Did you cut and buff the paint yet? I was just wondering because you mentioned that you were going to the last time I talked to you at Steak And Shake. ...Joe

Wow! That is a very nice truck. I'm really digging the 6 banger. Can't wait till I get the wifes car paid off so I can get a new project and actually afford to work on it.

Re: '67 Short Step #2

Pinstriping looks awesome. When you get ready to reclear, send me a PM and I can shoot you some pointers for dealing with the stripes so you don't risk damaging them any more than you have too.

That looks killer Kyle!

Can't wait to see the interior pieces mounted, and to see that thing in person.

Have you bought new rear tires yet?

No, but I did mount the original wheels and tires. I'll post a good video soon.

Re: '67 Short Step #2

Hey Kyle... did you ever get a rear bumper for your truck? If so, I need some pics of the brackets and frame setup. I am getting ready to get a rear bumper (yeah I know...) and I want to custom make some brackets to include a hidden tow hitch.

Let me know...

Thanks.
