Did I miss the burnout pictures ?

I saw rubber marks in the driveway, not live burnout photos ?

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.

LOL - new driveway had been poured only about a month earlier than these photos - tires leave rubber marks even when just idling around.

Re: 1966 Chevy SWB Gasser influenced truck

I liked checking out this truck. Most of the activity on it took place before I joined the forum. You have a good eye for cool. Really was evoking the "custom" influence with the Cragars and white walls. Was a great look for that truck.

Re: 1966 Chevy SWB Gasser influenced truck

A buddy sent me this recent pic about a week ago of my old 66. I guess the current owner has passed away in the end of February this year.

It's a shame, it doesn't look like the owner drove it much, he should have had as much fun with it as you did.

Logistics might be a nightmare

Ol' truck doesn't look too far out from getting back on the road. Hopefully it finds the right place & see's the streets again.
