Re: Maggie's Custom
I spent last night and this morning skimming and reading this AWESOME thread!!! Hard to believe I missed this one til now...
I truly love this board... Getting to see the amazing builds going on keeps me motivated... Although my static drop is not as much work as what I see you guys, and a host of others doing, it is great fun nonetheless... There are too many points about this build, which caught my eye, to mention without this turning into a short Novel that is... Congrats!!! and keep up the GREAT work!!! Hopefully a Nova burnout pic is out there somewhere...

Re: Maggie's Custom
After what has seamed like forever!!
I didn't paint the trans, I know. Don't know if I was in pain or not, maybe photo opt. Some free linkage I had laying around, made it work! All the free exhaust I got, trying to make it work (not using the corvette mufflers) just a few more to come. |

Re: Maggie's Custom
This is what I worked on last night!!
As you can see I have a lot left to do!! The motor is wired and running, I have to run the tail light harness from the cab back, install the rest of the cooling system, the front headlight harness, wire the turn signals, you get the idea!! Maggie is ready to drive it!! I can't get it done fast enough!! Jason |

Re: Maggie's Custom
Nice updates man! Nice to see ur wife back at it with you too! Is that a one piece drive shaft? Have more pictures of that? Changed ur mind about running the exhaust through the frame rails? Can't wait for the start up video!!!

Re: Maggie's Custom
I shortened the stock drive shaft (one peice). I can take more pictures of it tonight, I had Inland Truck do it for me. She is out there as much as she can be! Always helps when she can. It looked a ton easier to do the exhaust out side the frame rails.

Re: Maggie's Custom
Nice pics, & great work you're doing. Won't be long till she's on the road. I know I'd be anxious to drive it as well! Oh, & nice score on the rear bumper; it fits the look perfectly.

Re: Maggie's Custom
Now see?
Coulter makes doing your own exhaust look wicked cool and impossible to replicate. You make it look easy enough that I think I could do it.... Hmmmmmmmm
