Wasnt sure if the vacuum gauge was factory or dealer, any more info on it?

Ive already rebuilt the rear suspension, about to put in some new ball joints and springs for the front. All new brakes and tires, swapped out the 16s for some 15s.

Dont have a pic but the front has a steel grill from a C60 with new bezels and repro bumper. The sub originally had the bumper guards but the repro bumper has a different profile and will not work.

New headman header, 4 chamber 2 1/2" flowmasters.

I would like to rebuild the SM420, driveshaft and rear end. I have a PTO for the 420 and thought a winch would be nice.

Its a fun fire road truck and gets a ton of "camping miles". If you think 1st gear is too low to use you dont take your truck off road enough! 7.00x15 meat grinders with chains work well with the posi in the snow and mud.



Gonna try to upgrade the rear hatch supports to gas units. Found some on McMaster that might work

INSIDELINE-- Your 50K mile 66 Carryall is outstanding!! A couple questions- You are running RY215 Yokohama tires-- What size are they? You also discussed the possiblilty of having some of the rubber center floor mats reproduced. I would like to be on the list if that happens. Thanks, Jim

i was checking out some websites and saw this burban for sale, i just bought one and i hope to have the same level of items and craftsmenhip in my build. im sure the asking price is inline with the stated items NOS!!! i took plenty of screen shot to drool over how nice it is hope it sales well...

yeah i knew it was a members truck as i seen it before, but the qusetion about it wasnt about the sale it was about rubber pieces and the post with the hyperlink doesnt take you to that same burban at least it didnt when i clicked on it thats why i posted the ad because another member couldnt find it, but thks thou...

Gotcha. I thought in your initial post you were saying that you had found one (that we haven't seen) to model yours after concerning the same quality. I was waiting for a link like "oem4me", thinking it was something new I haven't seen before. Then I realized it was one from this thread when you posted the ad. It's definitely a super nice example that I have saved pics of myself!

yeah its funny thats the same one i always go to as the acme of what i want for my trucks, but i kinda fall short as my build are not survivers nor filled with NOS, but its nice to dream...
