Good going bud. I know from my wife losing 130 lbs, that it makes HUGE difference in self esteem, confidence, mobility and your entire outlook on life. She was scheduled for weight loss surgery a couple years ago but there was a 2 year waiting list. We had researched the hell out of the surgery before seeing the doctor, but after she met with the surgeon, she said " I'm a stubborn enough *****, I can do this myself" and 2 years later, she has lost 130lbs by diet and exercise.
I admire anyone that can lose the amount of weight you have whether it be on your own or by surgery. Some people refer to it as being the easy way out and that's BS!! What you have accomplished is nothing short of amazing and I wish you all the luck in the world in accomplishing all your goals and dreams Brandon. We all know you can do it!! Be sure to keep those shrinking pics coming
