THe guy at superbright LEDs has a good product. I replaced the side marker, tail lights and front flashers. The only issue I see with the 192/168 replacement is the narrow dispersion, not like a regular bulb. my side markers look like dots, albeit very bright dots. when i got mine, he didn't have any of the 30 LED ones, i have the 19s. very bright though.
I finally got my 1977 bezel disassembled, and am going to both upgrade to 168 bulbs and paint it with chrome. also need to polish the lens too. I found mag polish like blue magic does wonders on plastic. I may as well repaint the faded needles on the gauges too. time to get some paint at the hobby shop for the old airbrush. |

I also painted mine AND installed 168 bulbs. HUGE difference. I might use those 3652's that were mentioned. I can get Wagners here at work for 2.67 a piece. I used 3M plastic polish on the front too.
A little time on the gauges is worth it!! |
