More interest in the hood

I would definitely be interested in a hood kit if you put one together. When/if there's a list, I want to be on it. Keep the pics coming, nice shop truck.

Those are lesabre hinges correct? Where did you get the heavyier springs as I have had the same problem with my reverese hood set-up and have been thinking of going with something different since I had to have 2 people to open the hood. Any info would be great.

Somebody was putting one together for the later model trucks (88+) about a year ago and I called them to inquire about one for 67-72. I was told that it was "in the works" ... can't remember who it was. Maybe No Limit?? Their web site sux0r, so nothing to see there. I saw the kit on one of the TNN truck shows. It did a pop and slide action before tilting and looked to be entirely bolt-on.

I talked to Rob at No,Limit last year but he didn't seem to think there was enough demand. They do make a kit for the 88-98

You should talk to Mike at customclassic.com, he's working on 88-98 kits right now.
