Update
I removed all the belts and could still feel the vibration although it was cut in half. I put the alternator belt back on and the vibration was back at full power Had another look at the water pump pulley and it looks like it is bent a little. So it looks like I have 2 vibrations going at the same time. When all of the belts were off the vibration was not in the steering wheel but in the seat of the truck. It almost felt like it was coming from right under the seat from the tranny. I am going to get another waterpump pulley and install that. In the mean time what can I do to check if its the torque converter?
THanks

If the engine you have is a 2 piece rear main seal 350 (which your casting number indicates), you need a flexplate with no counterweights!

I think I may have this sucker figured out. I believe I have 2 vibrations happenning at once here. I feel the vibrations in the seat and in the steering wheel.
With all the belts removed the steering wheel vibration is almost totally gone and what is left matches the vibration that I feel in the seat. I cranked up the idel to 1300 and got under the truck. Dust cover has the same vibration that feel in the seat. I checked the waterpump pulley and I can see a small bend in it. I got another one on the way. I will get that installed and work that one from there. Now how do I deal with the vibration from the torque converter? Thanks

I got my How to work on the turbo hydra-matic 400 transmission today and it says that the vibration I am feeling from the converter could be a mismatch to the flywheel. It says to losen the bolts and turn 120 degrees, retighten and check to see if the vibration is gone. Going to give that a try.
