thats odd, I just found 4 suppliers for a customer of mine that has a 478 v6 to rebuild, I can get blocks, cranks, rods pistons, bearings, gaskets, intakes, carbs, valves, and on and on and on for these motors. Hell 1400 bucks puts all new pieces in a old block with reworked heads in my machine shop

If you have a source for pistons, I would greatly appreciate a contact. I have a friend with a 478, and have not had much luck finding slugs for it.
