One more question....After I have my frame sand-blasted and de-greased, should I put an epoxy primer on the frame or just go straight to the POR-15?

If you are degreasing with the Marine Clean, you can spray and then rinse off the Metal Ready for a base. You will need that for the POR-15 you plan to apply. You need a good surface, rust is actually the best, the zinc leftover from the Metal Ready gives it something to grab.
If you do not use the Marine Clean and Metal Ready the POR-15 may/will come off in sheets, where it did not bond to the metal due to oil or whatever.

eastwood rust encapsulator is a good product too .. Its thicker than por-15, so it shows alittle more brush strokes. eastwood RE is also UV resistant unlike por-15 ...
