Re: Video of the 69 with flowmasters
I'll admit it, it sounds a lot better than the glasspacks on my truck. When I floor it in mine you can't hear anything but a LOUD rapping sound.

Re: Video of the 69 with flowmasters
I have smoe flow 40s that were on the 70 when it had the 305, not sure if I am going to keep them or not with the 350. They sound good, but realll loud. I guess I am getting to old for the Kiss theory of sound.

Re: Video of the 69 with flowmasters
got my exhaust done yesterday and i now have that famous FLOWMASTER SOUND.
it cruises down the road with no resonance what-so-ever. might be from the tailpipes exiting behind the rear wheels ?????? either way i love it at idle !!! oh and doug aint nothing wrong with no 5.0 litre sound. i LOVED MY 5.0 !!! one of the funnest cars i will ever own. yes im a chevy guy but this 5.0 made my 68 camaro pail in comparison. lol hope to have a small vid up myself sometime today so you guys can actually check my truck out. wont be a burnout but thats ok. when i get new tires ready to be put on then we will have my burnout vid. lol Last edited by QKENUF4U; 05-07-2006 at 01:37 PM. |
