It looks like you will get what you paid for. It would be a real practice session in body work. Get pictures of the gutters as it looks like all of the seam seal is gone or curling which means the inside roof above the windshield is gone.
I think for what it is going to cost you to transport and just the parts it needs that we can see, You could pickup a cheap long bed in arizona cheaper and in better shape to start with.

I'd get it, you can't beat the price. I've seen several with the seam sealer peeling and the inner roof is just fine
