Re: 68 C10 on Pinks

I've seen a piece of only one episode; the one where the Trans Am took on the Honda Civic. I know the guy that was the crew chief for the Trans Am. He said that the owners had to sign over their titles, and they also signed contracts stating that the winner couldn't simply give the car back to the loser. The T/A won and took home the Honda. They played with it some, dyno'd it, tuned a bit, and then sold the car back to the original owner. I think he's using the cash to replace the transmission he screwed up during that race.

I would like to see a little less sandbagging & a little more heads up racing. But I do watch it on occasion.

Re: 68 C10 on Pinks

Anyone who has ever been street racing with FAST cars knows that the whining, sandbagging, and too much talk are all part of the game. Not that it's cool, it's just part of it.
