Personal experiences with one brand or another will usually decide favorites. If one has had good success with Holleys he will most likely prefer them. I for one prefer the stock quadrajets for all street drivers. With those 1/2 dollar sized primaries for good economy and baseball sized secondaries for making some noise how could you improve on that? I think it is the best of both worlds and apparently the General does too as they used this design for a long long time.
